Matsushima brings the best of  Nice to Tokyo

April also sees a French Tourism Bureau dinner event featuring Matsushima – this time bringing the chef to Tokyo.  For the April 17th press dinner promoting Nice and in particular the area’s delightful delicacies, Matsushima was elected as the most appropriate ambassador for the occasion, and will proudly accept the opportunity to present the best of the town the he now calls home.
